The main reason behind to design and develop this website is to increase the numbers of a visitor to the salon and grow the business. On Kashish website user can see Location and Hours for salon also they can easily make an online appointment.

Challenges

I saw a problem.

I often wondered if there was a way to make the visitors better prepared for their visits with booked appointment or enable them to plan weeks ahead, minimize unpleasant surprise elements (‘sometimes the customer doesn't know, salon closed on holidays!’), without browsing through multiple websites & calendars.

General question in customer's mind…

Why can’t I see all the info in one place?

Why I cant take online appoinement ?

When and where should I visit the salon? whats is their scheduled hours.

User don't have time to call them to book appointments. Can user take an appointment on specific date and time? Sometimes call goes on hold or voicemail

So I decided to jot down all the pain points I observed…

A quick card sorting exercise revealed patterns that the queries could be classified into.

Logo Exploration

How I perceived the brand

When I saw the logo, I feel that logo is looking good but  have some things needed to improve,

General observation ...

- Overall color scheme needed to be more inspiring and brighter

- The letter should be easy to read

- Logo needed to be fun and exciting

Business card:

- Pink and blue colors

- Pick those color with little bit low contrast
